Kiss The Cow (photo)

Kiss The Cow (photo) - Countryside Families

Oh, the joys of raising a family in a community that still has a bit of rural character. In the photo are the two principals of my kids' school, and "Ernie" the black angus.

The principals challenged the kids that if they, as a group, met their reading goals for March, the principals would kiss a cow. Pucker up!

Heehee...I wondered about that too, but I guess it sounds better than #501. Maybe it's short for Ernestine?

Aw, that's sweet!

(Except for the drool. I'd have insisted that they wipe that off first. Gah! Icky! It looks like St. Bernard snot! )

But good for the principals. That sort of thing is really great!

Thanks for sharing!

Pony!

.
People are crazy :baby04: and ignorant.

That cow rubs all over other cattle including other cows butts, and gets cow crap on them, and the man gets worms, or lice, or ringworm, or who knows what, from an animal that slobbers all over its own face.

See the slobbers hanging down on the cows face in the picture,
all kinds of germs.
