BRP-i'm kinda late chiming in but here goes.sounds like your listening to 3rd party way too much.when I found out about neighbor hunting in my woods?i informed him he was not welcome in MY WOODS.face to face.

It appears
as if you have found a nice place to put in a few pigs, nice of them to leave the fence open so they can not only see, but smell them.

Find a local steel pipe supplier and get some sections of drill stem about 6'8' long. Place them every 3 feet along the opening, buried to half their overall length (8' pipe buried 4' deep). Concrete them into the hole with at least 3 bags of ready mix then fill the pipe itself with concrete.
Unless he has the use of heavy equipment, that barrier is there to stay.

Well the other day I blocked off where neighbors were going from my place to theirs. Today I noticed where someone had took out a small board Fence so they could get in.
Just Pray they will go ahead and put a Drive in. By doing what they did shows they can get in with out going on my property.

Contact a lawyer about charging them with trespassing before things get messier.

I have a Lawyer Retained She can't believe these people have been doing what they are doing. I have been told if they take down where I blocked to have them arrested for damage and Trespassing.

I would put up a really ugly fence right beside the one they put up. Of course that isn't the Christian thing to do, but truth is, I would be really tempted to just put up a fence of old pallets wired to metal posts painted hideous colors..... or a fence of old pieces of concrete piled up like a cobblestone fence.... etc. etc.etc. I could think of lots of them to put up. Then I would get one goat, just one, to live in the fence so ti would scream all day and night. And 3 LGDs to protect the goat and fence so they would bark all night to protect their charge. And, finally, I would set up a whole bunch of those ugly lady bending over wood paintings faced to the neighboring property. And don't forget to have a whole cacophony of wind chimes that are not toned correctly, so they are off key...... I wish I lived where you live with that neighbor. I would have so much fun! LOL I'm excited just thinking about all the possibilities to entertain myself.

Well they are putting in a drive and looks like they are extending their Fence on out.
So far looks good. They are putting in a nice Privacy Fence. I'm Happy.
I suspect knowing them they contacted a Lawyer to see if I was legal and found I was.
Truth I did consider Goats and Hogs but I will just let brush grow up, like I say I'm Happy.
