In this case so far in The United states all we are seeing from the media is black youth doing it. I expect sooner or later there may be others doing it.
But untill then knowing who is doing it may be the key to stopping it.
But your right even if the kids in the UK are doing it because they saw it on the internet, doesn't mean their not just as evil and socialpathic (sp) as the kids here.
oR those countries hoping to blame the US for their societys problems don't do it to the point where they don't help their own youth become productive adults.
