The surveyor put the corner back were it belonged. and it is recorded in his machine and will be put in the database as the corner. He is afraid that he will loose his license for having the bounds moved as there are quite a few who now about the pin that used to be there. so he asked if he could use the flagged stake he put on my property as a offset I said ok as long as he wrote on it control offset. He did that so I have my land back. However I will check on the land every day. I don't know if this is finished or not but thanks to every one for your help. will update as necessary. From what I head the courts are now not being so favorable to this oil company as before even though they are lining the politicians pockets. It seems that there are a lot of court suits against this company for billions of dollars.
