You have a point, but it isn't the point of this discussion.
FLAVORED Milk already has sugar in it. Been that way for a long time. Didn't you know this? It is on the ingredient label. What do you expect to be in Chocolate Milk? Just Milk? Not possible. Ever drink un-sweetened Chocolate Milk? Not desired by most folks. So, Chocolate (and other FLAVORED) Milk has sugar, maybe that famous high fruitose corn sugar that so many people hate. Do you object to being able to choose plain whole milk, Chocolate Milk with sugar or Chocolate Milk with an artificial sweetener? Also note, the ingredients will always be on the label.
