nope... life isnt fair. I could never figure out why some folks think it is? (musta picked it up in nursery school with all those other fairy tales) The ones who learn from their mistakes will be denied the right to own a firearm... while those who dont will just go ahead and buy them, carry them and use them illegally.

Where DH works, the application he filled out asked if he "had ever been convicted of a crime".

My nephew had a drug felony and after so many years, he petitioned the state for restoration of his rights.
