What I don't get, Vicker, is why you'd paint all republicans with this nonsense. It's not like Democrats haven't, wouldn't and won't do the same kind of thing, if not worse.

That really could speed up the earth's rotation or either slow it down. No telling what might happen.
Not to mention how the green folks would respond to the gas emissions. LOL

This is something that's bothered me for some time now. It's not like either side of the isle has a monopoly on stupid underhanded tricks. Sadly, that this happened doesn't even surprise me at this point. It's just how politics are played these days. Very disappointing.

Their obsession with sex sells to the party faithful.

I sort of agree, it is a broad brush that is being used to paint the Republicans, but it still isn't as big as the roller that is used when the Democrats do something equally absurd......

It is because the dems have a much bigger canvas to paint. They are a much more diverse group.

That certainly is a dilemma. Our elected officials are for sell. No new news there.

Chuck I agree with you 100%. I think the specifics of this example just went to show how stupid politicians, in this case, republicans can be. I have seen just as many examples on the democratic side as well.

I am happily independent and have not voted a party line since I started voted at the age of 19, as that was the first year of the election cycle after attaining majority age.

The last few elections have not been voting for someone, but rather voting for the one that will cause the least damage until I can get out of the rat race and live off the land.

It is mudslinging on both sides of the aisle. If you look at the facts you will be disappointed because it is only mudslinging. I am sure that she is a good women but she brought a subject they don't want to be mentioned so all the mudslinging begin. Oh by the way the story is slighted slanted to began with.

I disagree. It's a popular misconception that the Republicans don't have much diversity in their party, but every day we hear on the news another story of their diversity.
