As far as who is making it. Gee, those commercial brewers are pretty much fool prove. And most all places like that have pre measured packs. ( Fraction Pacs ) The water is set at a high temp from the Manufacturer, right around 202 degrees. So the cup of coffee should be the same no matter who is working, and making it. The pre measured packs also are the same. Or other equipment is used that pre measure the correct amount of coffee into the filter if not using pre measured pacs.
And try not to compare home brewing equipment any home brewing machines, with Commercial ones.
There is a night and day difference between them. The closest home units to commercial ones are the Bunn Home Units. Then they may still not be set as high in water temperature as the commercial brewers are.
Home units just do not reach a high enough temp to make what Bunn Calls The Correct Temp to brew coffee is. 202 to 205 I have seen in many convenience stores that have the Larger Bunn machines now have a digital read out on the water temperature. Which has been factory Pre Set at 205.
BTW I help repair these same commercial brewers and have for more years then I dare to admit. And worked on all Commercial brewing equipment not just Bunn units.
Bunn is the oldest, others are just as good, Newco, Wilber Curtis, are the other 2 large companies making commercial coffee brewing machines.

In this particular establishment the coffee makers are also (I suppose since they supply the coffee) Seattles Best, so I rule out the equipment. My prefered coffee for the last two years has been Chase & Sanborn from Save-A-Lot at around $5.00 a can. I'm just greatfful for my Stanley Thermos, I get homemade coffee that's fit to sip. Now, for a real treat, if I'm near one-----White Castle with half&half. It's hot, smells great, tastes great.

Your treat coffee is from WHITE CASTLE? I hope they don't do to coffee what they do to burgers....there's a reason they call 'em 'sliders.'

Yes sir! I have not yet found ready to purchase and drink better than ------ cassells. I don't know what kind of coffee they buy, how often or even how they clean their equipment, but hands down the best.
