Does anyone grow small grains?

I bet you could dry it in a dehydrator if you used screens on the trays, once it's threshed out. It would be too hard to get the seed heads in the unit. Seed heads could be laid out in an unused car during the day but they would have to be brought in at night to keep mice out of them.
