I saw her perform in 1968 in Nashville, Indiana. My young husband was a disc Jockey at a local radio station and we got free tickets. We went up on the stage and sat down and talked with her. She was driven in to the outside venue by her husband and I remember they were in a white cadillac. She was so down to earth and country! I have always loved her.

Wish I could have gotten tckets closer to stage but got row H and its a nice intimate theatre my son used to dance at so I can't wait! I've nevr been able to see he rinconcert and I was wondering if she still signs autographs after the show? About a year ago I was able to score a book she had signed many years ago I would love to have her sign it gaain!!

She's not family, but she was a family friend. My uncle Webb (now deceased) used to play with her under the tall, tall porch of the house on Butcher Holler. We love her.

I too love Loretta. I got to see her at Renfro Valley a few years ago. She still does a good show, alot of it is her family members singing (probably to give her a rest.) But still it makes for a wonderful show. I know you will have a great time : )

She is a genuine lady!

I remember years ago when she was on the show "Hee Haw" along with another young singer.

The young woman came on in an outfit that showed everything but her breakfast. She jiggled and shook and danced allover the place while she sang(?).

Loretta came on wearing a long sleeved full length dress and the neckline was up to her collarbone. She stood there and she simply sang.

It was beautiful.
