Old John, I'm 74 and when I have a little brain goof, I chalk it up to how much more my brain has stored in it compared to "youngins"

geez, John, I don't remember what happened yesterday. I often think it's a blessing.

Am 69 and I don[t worry about it at all!

As long as all my parts are attached and I remember how to use them, I'm fine!

Well, a week or 2 ago, DSW was dating something and when she put the "11" on it I tried to tell her it was still 2010....... She said, "What are you Talking About?"
And it dawned on me, I had goofed again, but it scared her.
It's just little things like that that come up on occasion, that bother her

Hey Old John~
I know you are in pretty good health otherwise, from reading your posts.
You know, B-12 deficiency can REALLY mimic Alzheimer's symptoms.
I suggest you get yourself on a good B-12 supplement--methylcobalamin--pronto! You'd be amazed at how much that can help!!

Also adequate hydration (water!) and some walking each day wouldn't hurt either.

Take care of yourself!

I was just going to say B-12. I was reading an article on that today, or maybe yesterday.
