The stuffed animals never bothered me much...they don't hurt when you step on them in the middle of the night, when you go to your kids' rooms, barefoot to check on them...I always hated the Legos.

i have 3 under the age of 6. They love stuffe animals and I am the guilty one of buying them, but they can dissappear very quickly I just throw a few on the back porch or out in the yard and our 2 mastiffs and saint demolish them. SOmetimes I ust throw them a way when they arent looking, but my 4 yr old has a charmander from pokemon that I have stitched up and sewn his wings back on 100 times and he wont give it up. sleeps with it every night. my 6 yr old has a big Meowth, a charizar and primplop also from pokemon and he always knows if one of them is misplaced. my daughter has this really ugly my little pony doll that talks... it sounds so stupid and annoying but if I ake it she screams shes almost 2. I even have a stuffed animal actually 2 fromwhen I was younger. I have a smurf doll and a UGLY zip the chimp doll./ He is so hideous and one of his hands was chewed off by my dog when I was a kid, but cant par with them they are all I have left....lol You can donate stuffesd animals to the local humaine society. They give them to the dogs to play with.

I'm 40 and I still have them. I have more than my kids because my dh buys them for me (I love rabbits and the Christmas bears) and the kids don't like them as much. They have a couple that they love lots and keep. They are 23, 20, 17 and 14.75. Fuzzies, as they are called here, are soft cuddly loves when sometimes you need something soft. As a gag gift a few years ago, I bought my dh a huge floppy stuffed duck (we have a lot of hunter/ mallard decor, hence the gag). It is a great pillow, and is named Howard. I love it. He laughs about it.
