Choose the things that mean the most to you in the house and do them. Get someone to come in and help with the housework if you can afford it.

For Pete's sake take care of yourself----there is only one of you!

Unfortunately, I have found that I just can't do as much as I used to and definately can't do things as quickly as I used to!

Weight has become an issue...I am 20 lbs over weight in the pic...but I am strong as an ox...per husband....as I punched him when he pinched my belly....LOL

At my last Doctor Appt she checked my Vit D level. Said most people were lacking. Well she was right, mine was way low. I started taking Vit D twice a day. What a difference. I'm no longer tired all the time, still have the old age fatigue, but I have so much more energy. The DW had her levels checked, she was low too. Dr said that with so many people avoiding the sun, this has become a problem.

Get a check up to rule out anything physical. I think everyone eventually starts to slow down, out of neccessity. I'm 53, and last year took a toll on me because I had gall bladder surgery and 2 weeks later major back surgery. I was so looking forward to this year and getting out in my garden again, and rebuilding my goat herd, etc. Now that it's spring, reality is starting to set in. Either the garden and animals get taken care of, or my house gets taken care of. I can't seem to be able to manage both of them. I also have a soon to be 13 yo DS, who is a special needs child and takes a lot of time. So, I sit and look at the dust bunnies, blow some dust off the furniture as I walk by and barely manage to get the dishes washed after supper. I keep telling myself, maybe this winter I can get my house in order.
