[QUOTE=foaly;4794394]Ravenlost--I just thought it would be appropriate to remove my name from the list since I cannot participate this year. /QUOTE]

Mmmmmmm . . . . . . . . . I don't think anyone is going to listen to you!! As has been said, you need all the happiness and good wishes you can get. I feel bad that you have such troubles during this time of the year, but do NOT feel bad because you can't reciprocate at this time. Hugs to you. (((foaly)))

Just think of the cards as one big group hug from your homesteading family.

For once, I'm glad no one is listening to me. A million zillion thanks to all you kind people!

I've been getting cards in the mail everyday for the past . . . . oh, I don't know how long!!!! It is SO nice!!!!!!!!!!!!

My cards are all addressed, signed, and ready to go - but I hate to send them out too early so the first 14 cards were just released today and taken out to the mailbox. I picked the people furtherest away from me.

It's hard to believe we are only one week away from Christmas Eve.

Foaly, Last year I could not participate (DH got sick and was put into the hospital so somewhat different) but you will understand how much the loving greetings mean to you especially when you can't return them this year. It still brings tears to my eyes when I think about all the love I received from the folks here last year. I saved each one of them and when I pulled out the box this year, I had a good hard cry for myself just remembering how lucky I am to still have my DH and the people who sent us Christmas love with no expectations of getting anything back. I hope you have Christ's peace and love this year and each year from now on.

I would like to thank everyone for participating in this year's card exchange. I've just had the most fun tonight opening up all of your cards. (I figured I would wait until Christmas Eve to open them up.)

It has been so nice to sit and open them - cards from all over the country.

I would like to thank those that sent either some cash or stamps along with their card to me to reimburse me. I thank you, but it was totally unneccesary - it was MY pleasure to set the exchange up for you!!!!!!!

I would also like to personally thank BamaNana for all the glitter in my card - I'll be finding glitter in my house for a long long time to come!!

Merry Christmas EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to give a formal apology to everyone! I have yet to get my cards in the mail! Between getting the flu, then double ear infections, busy stressful work and looming surgery combined with the holidays made for one exhausted sick hardly doing anything me. So I will tomorrow be getting all the cards in the mail, I am sorry I am so late getting them out!

Ok Well if someone tells me how, I'll head it up if no one else wants to. I can PM everyone a copy of the final list here on HT, so then we can just print and go to town on the list as time allows. Please let me know.

Let's see if Michael wants to do it first, since he was in charge last year. If not, then we'll go from there.

I'll gladly head up this years card exchange again. (That is, if you'll have me!) Is that okay RedHeadedTricia?
Let me get my thoughts together and I can start the 2011 Christmas Card Exchange thread!
