Anybody else having HT problems?

Got the database error all day yesterday and this morning. Today has been hit or miss and sometimes the pages won't load completely. Seems to happen frequently. Must be getting slammed again from some, yet to be know, DoS attackers.

I don't know what it is about this site, it seems to get attacked a lot. I've never had this problem with any other site, even the older VB bulletin board sites that haven't had to upgrade to avoid problems like this.

I had the database error all day yesterday too!

I had no problems with HT at all yesterday. Sunday from about 2 to about midnight I could not get it. today, I was fine this morning, and now coming back after being out - all is okay.

So, it may be the traffic on some routers with our service providers.

This afternoon it was down for me: I tried again 10-15 minutes later and it was up again.

Don't forget me. Most of yesterday it was down,and this morning trouble posting.A couple of weeks ago,there was something about an advertisement ad, seemed to cause problems and make everything slow or stop. Maybe someone can check that out. PLEASE? Eddie

This AM I cannot access SOME threads...page comes up saying :"Tricky Grama you cannot access...yaddayaddayadda"??? Does someone have me blocked?

I've had some trouble the last couple of days. This morning the site was down for about an hour.

I had problems on and off this morning - kept getting the database error message 11/12/08 at around 10:00 est.

Glad to know about the backup. I have a new computer and can't get onto HT at all from it. Gateway error. I'm going to try the backup on the new computer. It's a pain to keep using the old one.
