My friend has twin 8 month olds that she is nursing, and she could probably feed 2 more with all the milk she produces. I got some good ideas with this thread that I will pass on to her. Thanks.

I think it would depend on who's breasts it came from. Family members, close friends, anyone I know....BLECH!!!!! If it came from the breasts of many hot Hooters girls...I'm all over that!

Maybe I could start a Hooters girls farm....hmmmm....do you think McMurray Hatchery sells those kind of "chicks"????

Boy, am I in trouble now......

I SO wish I had thought to do that!!! I have to remember that one to pass along to younger friends and DD when the time comes.

Well, I pumped for DD (latch on problems) and I have a bit of an oversupply issue. We ran out of cow's milk once, and I surely did tell DH to go ahead and put breastmilk in the soup! It was good tasting... but I wouldn't want to drink anyone else's. Puke.

My father had enterocolitis and was in so much pain that he did drink a cup of milk my mother had frozen a year back. He said he felt better and it tasted good. It is very sticky when you are pumping and spill some. I think it would be too sweet for my tastes now. It does clear up pink eye very nicely.

PETA's idea that to me says so much too. Save the cows, hook up woman to milkers! I personally think they are out of their mind. So is it okay for someone to walk up to a woman who is breast-feeding and saying "I am thirsty, can I get a drink."
