Marlene, I never even got to try cooking them. Since my friend fell asleep that night, I held off cooking (so much for his "nap"!) and put the fish in the freezer. I'm hoping they will still be ok, though I know they won't be quite the same as fresh caught. We've been on the go so much this week I haven't even cooked.
