Stupid state - took them 6 years and $36K?? Soooo concerned about children aren't they.... And you not collecting any 'welfare' either. So maybe they should call it HPV vaccine then things would move faster. Sounds like they are taking lessons from the student loan lenders, knowing full well it cannot be discharged and interest/fees keep on ticking.
