Some guys will do anything for a sponge bath.

I hope you and they can figure out what's wrong.

AngieM2 08/29/07 06:00 PM

take care of yourself Rockpile... hope it's something that can be fixed or controlled reasonably easily.

big rockpile I hope everything comes out alright for you.
The last time I went to the hospital I got kicked out for chasing the nurses. I just figured that if I had to be locked up with that many good looking nurses I may as well chase them around a bit.
The doctors weren't pleased at all as they said I was really sick with double pneumonia (hope I got that spelled right) and had IV's running in my left arm. Wife just laughed and told the nurses I wouldn't know to do with one if I cought one of them. :flame:
I was alright until then, and then the nurses started ribbing me and had me so red I just couldn't go out in the hall anymore.
By that time I had been married for 16 years and my wife knew where I would be come dark.
Oh well I did have fun for a day or two. The doctor did send me home 3 days before he planned because the night nurses hadn't got a chance to talk with my wife.
I just wanted to go home in the first place.

Yea I had fun with the Nurses.I made my Roomate mad at me today. He is in his 80's,he was making a mess with his Food and messing at the other end.He had different Nurses than I had and they told him instead of hollering to use his Call Button

Well he was hollering for a Nurse, then started hollering for me.Well when he found out I was ignoring him he started cussing me.But he was cussing everyone.

My DW called just before I was released,Nurses came in there.I told them they were in for it now that my DW was on her way. They said fine get your clothes we're kicking you out of here,we're tired of you. Then they made me pull all the stickers off my Chest.Every time they would hear me go OOOWW!! They would laugh. Then while they was pushing me out I told them I would be back in a week and have a Little talk with them.

You know, I've never been in a hospital room with a roommate. Of course I've never been in the hospital except for having babies...and those tend to be solitary suites...the tonsil routine when I was about 8...and my recent adventure in the ER. I am certain it would purely STINK having a hospital roommate.

Take care of yourself!

Had to get a knee rebuilt when I was 24. Had a roomie, nice kid, about my age, fell off a roof. We got along great. I'm glad he was there.

I opened this thinking you did something silly and had spent a few days in jail...

Take care of yourself and don't overdo it until you go back and find out what the problem is.

Prayers going up for you and Tina..... especially Tina! LOL I know how it is taking care of a man who has been sick! Geesh! Ross was in there 3 times in 3 weeks earlier this year. Not fun. Be careful and take care!
