Speaking of..... anyone seen the new advertisements for a product called "RePhresh"? It is supposed to be a Ph balancer for such feminine concerns, and gentler than the "old stand-by". It balances the Ph to couteract commom irritations like menstruation, intimacy, ect. It piqued my interest ever since there has been all that controversy about douching being a "good-bacteria-killer"..... Anyone willing to be the forum guinea pig?!

Vinegar douches were quite common before the pill. Mostly ladies hope of a contraceptive.
The negative side effect was waking up with a sourpuss in the morning!

"Hoo-hoo"? That cracked me up, and I thought my Granny's name was the funniest - as in "Put your dress down, everyone will see your christmas!"

Halo

Not sure if this qualifies for a senior moment but I think it will work. This happened last month. Early one morning dh woke and was getting up and for some reason I rolled out of my side of the bed and woke up when I hit the floor. Now my side of the bed is close to a bureau and there I was wedged there. DH said he would call rescue as neither he nor I could budge the bed. I told him no just give me a pillow and blanket and I would stay put. He called rescue and I told him to tell them it wasn't a real emergency so the next thing we here is sirens full blast rolling into our driveway. They set two big husky men (good thing.) I told them as they came in the bedroom that no one better have a camera. They moved the bed and lifted me up. As they lifted me we could hear a very loud ripping sound as my nightie was caught on something. All we could do was laugh about it. It reminded me pf when and elderly aunt was staying with us, when I was a child, got caught in the little bathroom off her room. It was really a closet that someone had turned into a bathroom, She was a large lady and she was stuck. The fire dept came and got her out.
