Weird things I do

I mentally rearrange furniture.
I can't sleep unless the closet door is shut. ( closet monster )
I can't sleep with my feet uncovered or hanging over the edge. ( under the bed monster)
I know there is alot more ....cuz I get funny looks alot!

I was weird enough to read this entire thread while eating pizza----tomatoe sauce, cheese bubbles, the whole deal. Read it and kept looking for some crazy woman to be sneaking up behind me to pop my slice. I may have nightmares now.

Roadless..my hubby can't sleep unless one of his feet is OUTSIDE the covers! I have to remake that end of the bed every morning! LOL!

Farmerwilly..I will never look at a piece of pizza the same way again...ick!

I forgot one of my obsessions... When I see a digital clock that reads something like 1:23--I will count 1-2-3, 2-3-4,3-4-5,4-5-6, 9-10, 10-11, 11-12,12-13! I ususally do it at night when I can't sleep and the clock clicks over to 3:45 and the it starts 3-4-5,4-5-6,9-10,10-11,11-12,12-13. I use only the numbers that would appear on the clock as a time. So, I don't have sheep to count, or chickens --so I count numbers on the clock.... Queen Bee

Many years ago I used to have one of those digital clocks with the actual little pieces that flip over -- remember those? Its main benefit to me was that it made an audible "click" when it flipped each minute. To fall asleep at night, I'd count the seconds in my head, trying to get it just perfect so I reached 60 at the same time it flipped. Without the click, I have to look at the clock and it's easier to fall asleep with eyes shut. To this day I'm still pretty accurate about counting the seconds.
