Oh wow, three great recipes! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Thanks Cyng for the advise about the whip. I hope I won't resemble Lucille Ball on the assembly line trying to hide the stuff from others. I believe your recipe is the one I used.

I don't have a printer so I'll be writing all three of these recipes down on an index card.

Bare, because of you I'm a happy camper tonight. If there's enough fudge left I'll gladly enter your contest.

Really the best homemade fudge I've ever had, is with the recipe printed on the back of a Hershey's cocoa can. Second best is a fudge made with velveeta cheese I made a couple of years ago.

bare, how about we post our recipes and you make them and let us know which one you liked the best??? LOL

I recently made chocolate fudge and added dried cranberries and black walnuts. It was to die for, could have ate the whole pan myself! Didn't though...

For years every time I would visit my Grandma she would make fudge. Of course being from Grandma, it was the best fudge in the world and I figured it was way too complicated for me to make. One day I was talking to my aunt, bragging on Grandma's fudge and got brave enough to ask for the recipe. I was a little disapointed to find out she always followed the one on the "Marshmallow Fluff" can, lol.

But Bare, I just made a double batch of fudge on Friday and it's almost gone now. I promise if I can sneak in a batch and no one eats it first, I will send some for your contest.
