Some replies were reported that may exceed the HT host preferences of content and posting conduct and Terri and I moved it to our review queue as we discuss what needs to be trimmed from the various tangents within the thread in between our real world chores.

It will be back up as soon as we get done passing it between us and verify that whats left still makes sense.

I have passed it back to Terri with my current suggestions and am going out to get my Sunday dinner, come home to train dogs, cut grass and take a shower and maybe by then Terri will have reviewed my suggestions and sent it back to me for my input or green light on whats left.

If she approves the current trim status I sent her she may give it the green light and restore it while I am out instead of handing it back to me with different suggestions.

As soon as we finish handing it back and forth and agree its within the HT limits one of us will restore it.

So.........what's for supper?

nope. Not yet, As has been stated a few times already, I wont ask for a contract from the owners till Oct. That will/should give me 60days to sell machinery and hay. The hay will be worth more in Dec than it is now. Unfortunatly, for me, If it dosent get sold, The machinery will be worth less by then.

Are you sure they will still deal with you after you declined to sign stuff the other friday?

FBB, do you have a backup plan if the current owners sell to someone else?

SG, As I had stated on the jerked off posting. I talked to the owners FRI and assured them I was still interested in the place. As I stated, I said to them (If the bank goes for it, you've already sold it)

New neighbor to the immediate AS pulled in tonight. Turns out hes the nephew of a guy I liked and worked around with near 20yrs. He was bemoaning he only had 10 aces after he asked me how much I had. I said, well, ya never know, best to get yourself squared away on what you have, then youll be ready for something if it comes up. seemed like a good kid.

Bill, does this mean I got property before you got property? Okay, no gloating here but I am dang excited to have bought property.
