A new cleaner manufactured fuel??
www.magnegas.com is the site of this new idea, basically liquid waste is broken into molecular gas via a heat arc in a closed chamber at high heat without petroleum products. The works are very tiny compared to petro facilities, even portable. Numerous patens are in place allready, the fuel is used in any equipment that is designed to operate on flammable gasses.
