removing lawn tractor tire? Help

I have a Craftsman Lawn tractor. The small front tire went flat and by the time i got it back up to the house the rubber had come off the rim. It's not completely off but seperated. I have the manual and it says

"Remove axle cover, retaing ring and washers to allow wheel removal. Repair tire and reassemble."

Can anyone else give me more information like how I'm supposed to do this? I have the back tire blocked and I have the tractor jacked up with the jack. I pulled the rubber axle cover off but nothing else seems to want to come off.

WOO HOO figured it out myself. Never mind. Now to find someone at 7pm on a Friday night that will repair/replace it. Very doubtful.
