Toilet Rust on Floor

2 dif toilets 1 new 1 not There's rust/whatever spots underneath each one on right side floor. Don't use these bathrooms; that's why I didn't find earlier. What is this and should something be done?

I guess what I would do is clean the spots. Feel under the tank for moisture not related to high humidity. If you don't find anything, just keep an eye on them. Does seem odd that both toilets do it. Good luck.

If moisture condenses on the outside of tank, you may have a fitting rusting underneath. When the water drips on the floor and evaporates, the rust is left behind. It's probably not a serious situation.
