Brake problem

Ds has a 1993 Honda civic. He was having trouble with losing brake fluid, and had to replace his brake line. But driving today he said his brakes went soft again for a minute. Checked fluid and that's ok. Could it be the master brake cylinder or the brake booster?

I gotta vote with WV Hillbilly on this one.... most likely some air trapped somewhere, needs a good bleed.
