Antenna Tower

The wind took down my antenna tower this week. Just your standard 3 pole tower, 24 maybe 26 feet long (Not tall anymore). Rusted off at ground level and blew down perfectly intact. Am I overlooking some good reason to keep it or use for it, or should I simply hit it with the blue tip wrench and take it with the next load of scrap?

Biggest downside is I'll now have to use a ladder to access the roof for chimney cleaning.

................at the top of the page.....click on Classifieds , then....towers&test equipment .
................look for .....Rohn 25g tower, $50 to $65 per used section . these sections are galvanized and 10 feet long and weigh about ~45 pounds . You should also look for a used house bracket . With a used house bracket you can go up to 40 feet . You can cement a couple of feet of tower into the ground . This tower is VERY strong when installed correctly ! , fordy

Thanks Fordy! I had no idea it would sell beyond scrap. Since I'm already suffering through a couple of other ads on Craigslist I'll post it up. Thanks again.
