Trash find leaf blower.
Ended up removing the carb from the leaf blower breaking it down and putting in a cup of laqure thinner for a couple of days. Used a pipe cleaner on any passahges it would fit and blew it out reassembled. Starts easy idles for a long long time and does a grreat Job.
I like to use it to blow grass clippings off the mowers before I put them away.
Still have to take the starter off the snow blower to see if I can get it working. It sure runs nice and idles smooth.
