Engine, tires shot. I got the engine off. What brand of engine is it, and can any of Harbour Freights engines fit it?

How old? A lot of the old ones were cast iron Techumseh HH60 engines. Some were 8hp...

Very rebuildable... but you could find something newer so long as the crank was the same dimensions..

As long as the crank shaft and bolt pattern are right you can bolt and go. I would go with an eight horse engine as long as it is a Horse and not a pony or junior model.

If the tines are wore to a point across the ends you need new tines too.

They came with ten horse Briggs a couple of years ago.

I dont know how old it is. I dont have the front bumper. I did put that same engine in my Tuffy Troy built tiller.IF IM RIGHT, Dont the cast iron piece mount to the side of the engine around the pulley shaft? AND also has a base mount also??
