Getting to spark plugs on 99 Dodge Dak 6

How hard is it to get to those on the left bank? I cant even see them. I got a slight ticking noise that I assume might be cause of either a bad plug or plug wire off plug. I havnt had to change them since Ive owned it 3yrs. But, 2 those years been limited driveing with me being retired. But I imagine the people who had owned it never bothered with changeing them either, so no way of knowing how old they are.

I went to the DODGE FORUM, but I did not find anyone having issues with changing them. I know on seveal of my vehicles, I had to remove the front tires to be able to get to the back plugs easier, by going through the tire wells.
