Snow and Slush Problems to the Engine

I ran through some snow and slush all night and when I went to restart my 1993 Ply Voyager it wouldn't engage the starter. While checking the battery I looked down and saw the wire from the neutral safety switch had come loose. I pretty sure the slush knocked it loose. It was reconnected and now restarts fine.

Anyone else have snow/slush caused problems to the motor to share?

................No slush here , yet ! My 2003 3500 chevy 8.1 has an NSBu-neutral safety backup switch which is mounted on the shift arm going into the Allison , it is on the outside of the trany case and some have had problems with it when driving in excessively wet road conditions ; I'm glad I live in Tx . , fordy
