Propane Regulator?

I'm in need of a Regulator, had one in the Barn and don't remember why I wasn't using it.

Is there a way of checking to see if it is ok?

Sure is all you will have to do is put a gauge on the regulated side and see if it has the right pressure and will hold it.

BRP I have known of two cases in which the diaphragm of a regulator ruptured and failed which allowed full tank pressure into the appliances inside of the homes.

The last regulator I replaced was a small one and cost between $5 and $10. That is a lot of peace of mind.

Since you and Tina are valuable to us here at HST please consider buying new than getting an old one out of the barn in unknown condition, especially if the fittngs on it were not capped properly to keep critters, dirt, and whatever out of it.

Yep, Rock, buy a new 'un, some things just need to be replaced after a while. Better to replace a regulator than a Rockpile!

even a large one will cost around $50. A funeral will cost more.
