2005 Ford 500 flashers???

We have a 2005 Ford 500 that we purchased new.. Yesterday, the flashers started blinking and are turned OFF..The only way we can get them to turn off is to take the fuse out!!

Any one know why this is happening? Had this happen before?? Any suggestions??? Thanks QB

My guess would be a defective switch or flasher. You can check the switch with a volt meter. If the switch is ok then I would replace the flasher.

Are you talking about the 4 way flashers? Try turning them on and off repeatedly. Many times because they aren't used often they stick on if tuened on.

Remember there are two ways to turn the on. The tern signal and the 4 way flashers. Do the all burn or just one way. If they all burn then it will be your 4 way flasher switch.
