Fordson parts

I found out what was wrong with my high idling fordson major. I took apart my injection pump, and found my regulator diaphragm has a rip in it.
Anyone know a good supplier of fordson parts? My local tractor shop wants $150. On line they sell for $25 in the UK.

Try calling Lorne or Roger at Hawley's Garage in Belleville, 613 969-5525. They seem to have a good supplier for Fordson parts sometimes, plus Lorne has about 5 of them on the lot.

Rob,
Is that a dedicated injector pump or is it shared on other engines? If there is a brand and model number on the pump share it and I will check a few sources that I have.

Unfortunately yesterdays tractors doesn't ship to Canada.
I am not sure if I will need the pump calibrated. It seems like a pretty simple device to me. I am not changing any adjustments. The diaphragm is a strait forward replacement.

I'm not a fan of yesterdays tractors, but it seems like someone in the States could order it for you and ship it to you.

It is crazy that firms don't ship to Canada. Plain and simple...it is crazy....and stupid. I bet that part is light enough that it would go first class to Canada.

I ship to Canada, and it is easy. It is also profitable.

Can you call YT and ask them to ship that part to you? Maybe make an exception?

Rob,

Copy and paste the part number that Windy gave into Google.

I found three pages of places that have that part. One of them has to ship to CAN.
