Propane cook stove problem

Recently purchased a new Frigidare(Electrolux) cookstove.

3 of the 4 top burners have uneven flames. Flame length varies, from short and blue to long with yellow tips.

There is no air adjustment for the top burners. Appliance store thought it was defective burner heads. Installed the new burner heads today, and no difference, in fact, maybe worse as far as yellow flame.

Any thoughts?

Return it. Seriously. If you get yellow tips, the flame is not burning properly and you are more likely to get increased carbon monoxide. Let the appliance store deal with the manufacturer.
