Central boiler installation

My brother has purchased a mid sized Central Boiler outdoor unit, as a replacement for an older outdoor boiler, that I will be installing. I know that a number of the people on this site have these units. Is there anything that I need to be particularly aware of for this installation? I am also interested in things that you would do differently. This is the first Central Boiler that I have installed but I have installed at least a 1/2 dozen of other brands. Thanks
PS......how much and what type of a foundation did you install? The frost depth here is 6 inches.

I`ve never installed a Central boiler but on my third Empyre I switched over to using automotive heater hose connections from the boiler and the underground pipes rather than solid steel unions to ridgid pipe and PEX. Just gives everything a ittle flexability to move. I`m installing my fourth one next week. Why do these jobs always come in winter!!! Our frost will go down 2 feet so there`s no point using what we do. Still in the trenches I did drop the lines below the frost line (which the manufacturer says isn`t required. They (ecoflex) sit on top of two feet or more of sand in a sloped trench to the boiler where there is an 8 foot deep sand filled sump drain. There`s a foot of sand on top then styrofoam then the rest of the native soil fill. Water will wick away the heat from the underground pipes, even the ecflex which is only R5 anyhow. I lose 2 degrees over 60 feet in 1.5 inch PEX lines. moving 8 gpm.
