Jon Boat Mod?

When I was a kid my grandfather had a Jon Boat with a plywood "cabin" of some type. I think the boat was a 14' maybe a 16 footer. I have searched many times but can not find anykind of picture of such a craft.
From what I recall it was home built, I don't recall paint on the plywood.

Anyone ever heard tell of such a thing? Any site with a picture or info?

Thanks,

Look, by that I mean google, for Glen-L or Glenn-L boats. They go way back into the 40's with plans for boats, some like you describe. You could also try the amateur boat building sites. Any search engine will help with this.

I've got a huge list of boat plans, some old, some free, that I have collected. Here's few to get you started.

That should keep you amused for a half hour or so.
