Mahindra Tractors - Opinions Please

We're looking into buying a tractor and so far DH has been looking at a Mahindra. Does anyone have any advise on these??

The two most important considerations in any vehicle or equipment purchase are:

1) how it feels and operates for you, and

2) what kind of dealer you have nearby for that brand.

Mahindra builds a good tractor, but make sure you have a dealer that's easy to work with within reasonable driving distance.

All equipment needs repair at some point, and having a good dealer close by is a huge plus.

I have no personal experience with one, but a couple freinds have have good service from theirs. They are built in India on the same machinery and tooling that the older model International Tractors were built on. The factory was purchased from International and was set up to build almost the same tractors.

They are both good the question is the dealer. Repair parts on a Kubota are high but you don't use them many times. All the filters you can buy at most any auto parts store and bearings and seals can be bought at most auto parts store along with belts.
