4 bolts

Use long enough bolts pointing up into the box that you can jam nut it.. Put some foam tape between it and the bedrails.

To avoid drilling wholes in your bedrails .
one option is to get a set of stake pocket tie downs .
they have a bolt which expands a rubber plug in the stake pocket.
another is to use a J type bolt which hooks under the top rail rather than drilling thru it .

Any truck stop should have CB co-ax with ends that will work for ya on the CB rig, but my question is why worry about scratching the paint on rig? after aint it something to use? I just dont understand why people get a rig that is intended for work and then want to keep it pristine like it was the only one of its kind...... of course on the same hand I never figgered out why the major auto makers took away the capability of decent mileage and power and load hauling ability out of those older rigs I like to use.... and the new ones have metal so thin it seems a person cant put a ton of rock or logs in them without going through the sidewall.

and not only do folks still use CB, but many folks have also gotten into the 2 meter ham as repeaters have made it easy to transmitt on little power several hundred miles chenck out www.hamtestonline.com to study for your permission slip from the FCC via the local ham radio club, both the several states and CAnananda tests are represented.
