Questions about waste/used motor oil

I have been trying to learn about the used oil recycling business.

I have spent HOURS and HOURS Googling information, but still have not been able to find:

1) Market rates/prices paid for used motor oil
2) Buyers of used oil in the United States

I know it is one in a million that someone can help me, but worth a shot.

I have tried really hard to find this on my own, with no luck.
