Overhead Electric!

Getting ready to Run the Electric Back overhead! It was Before but the Stupid Tennet? put it into A ditch along with the sewer and fresh water lines!!! That was STUPID. The pole is 16" and pressure treated. Think ithe pole needs concreted in??
