Chain saw recommendations

Hi, all - New Zealander here (but used to live in the States). I'm wanting to get another Craftsman chainsaw, nothing heavy duty, 16" bar, 36cc shipped down here, as there is nothing comparable for the price, and a Husky or Stihl of the same specs will cost me nearly $1000NZ (compared to the $340NZ including postage from there - my dad will be sending it to me). I only need it for cutting up limbs from fallen trees and the occasional tree felling. Not heavy duty use. Is Craftsman still a good brand to go with? I used to have a similar model when we were on our forest block in upstate NY, and it served me well for thinning the maple plantation.

Anyway, cost is a major issue for us...

Cheers
