Wanted Winter Base Camp

Hi again. I have some friends that are looking for a good deal like everyone else, and they asked me to help. What they seek is something under $20,000, now don't laugh. what they want is a sort of winter base camp..Maybe a little 2 bedroom, fixer-upper, they can do work, as long as it's not major, but the important thing is it must have room and no restrictions to park their big RV. They asked that I look in, La. Ga. Ms. Al. SC. NC. or Fl. some where in the south where they won't be buried under the white stuff. They are in Idaho and getting spring fever bad... They can also offer as partial trade some rual lots, and a quick payoff on a carry. They really do not need country, it's just the RV space that's really important. Feel free to Pm me if you know of anything. Thanks again.

Starting now, as soon as they can get their motorhome off of a mtn. I remided them that I remember snow in Ga. I doubt any place is winter free, the way the weather seems to be changing. Heck we had snow here in Texas, but they want somewhere, where it doesn't stay for months, on end..She said it was 17 degrees this morning and more snow to come.
