bunker engineering question ?

i want my future house to actualy be built into the ground. so my question is for rooms that will actually be under ground... how deep do i need to dig? i mean i would like for actual life to be lived ontop of the rooms?
like a four wheeler, or a mini cow, goat, pigs, maybe even small tractor for brush hogging the lawns...

i know i would need massive supports that is not the question. how much dirt to leave inbetween room ceiling and ground level ?

I looked at buying a home built similar to a walk out basement but the whole thing was set at least 1 1/2 feet deeper. The homes interior walls were all load bearing. The "roof " was some type of membrane with soil and sod on top . A small tractor with belly mower Ford N 9 was used to mow the "roof". Looking from the road you could see a couple of vent pipes, no windows/doors or anything to indicate a home was thee. .

Rooms had windows on the south side and ran the depth of the building.
