Met up with some buddies and all of our munchkins on Friday and Saturday night. Dang work almost made me miss it. Collared doves were flying every where.

do you skin or pluck doves

Both! If they are gut shot pretty bad, I skin'em. Otherwise, they get a good plucking. i use to not pluck, but when I'm in a zone I can pluck them in about a minute.

Man they are great on the grill.

I wonder how they would work in my power chicken plucker , i can do 2 chickens in about 30 seconds , i bet 4-6 doves would fit at a time.
