New Knife and Game Bags for Hunting Season!

I am fired up for the upcoming hunting season. Can't wait to refill the freezer with some deer meat. I have a property I hunt that is so steep with ridges and hollers that this year I am prepared to quarter and pack out all the deer I shoot there since I am tired of dragging deer. I am going to bring a tail splitter http://www.fntpost.com/Products/Tool.../Tail+Splitter

and use it to cut up the legs and all the way up to the jaw to make skinning faster , i would normally skin up the legs sliding the knife in and pulling out , this works but if i can zip up them and then pull the hide down quick saving time i can get more done or get back to other things sooner , like maybe sleep.
