I went back to just a Pin because I couldn't see in Low Light no matter how far I turned it down.

Do you mean the sight itself pulls loose?

No Sir. The cross bow seems to kick up when the release trigger is squeezed. It come from the energy when the bolt is fired I understand that. Would that make my shot off? I think not but I am asking what others have expeiranced in their uses. Thanks for any input.

OK
That's normal recoil, and it CAN affect the point of impact.

If you use good form, and are consistant, it should not hurt your accuracy too much, and should still hit near enough to your point of AIM to make killing shots.

Also, if it's shooting a little high at your "sight-in " distance, that just means it's hitting dead on a little further out.

I'd be more concerned with lateral adjustments and let the vertical take care of itself.

And PRACTICE A LOT at random distances and different shooting positions to get a feel for it

You want to focus on the target after firing any type of bow its not like a gun ,where a gun travels a lot more fps .Most people tend to take a shot with a bow and move to soon to see where they have fired.
