New fly line.

I think I'm due for a new fly line. I need some voices of experience to guide me. I'm looking for an 8WT, WF floating line. I fish for crappies, sunnies and maybe the occasional bass. I like the green of the Cortland 333+ lines because, apparently, my eyes are as old as I am. I figure I'll probably spend about $40. Any suggestions?

I think 8wt is a bit heavy, 6wt would be a better fit for panfish. what weight rod are you using?
Fly lines last forever, unless you have damaged it no need to replace one unless you just want to try something new.

My fly line is almost 15 years old. The rod is an 8-1/2', 6-7 weight rod. I agree that an 8WT line is a bit heavy but a friend of mine has about the same set-up using the heavier line and he seems to get a bit longer casts because of the stiffer line body creating less drag. When it comes to casting, I need all the help I can get.
