Talking Nothing Like weekend Fishing

Nothing Like weekend Fishing - The Great Outdoors

Did manage to catch one Crappie and one Buffalo.

Learn something New.In the past on Suckers I Scaled,Fillet and Scored from inside to the Skin.On Buffalo and Carp always Fillet, then Scored to where the Skin should be.Didn't take care of the Bones so my wife told me not to Score them just deal with the Bones.

Well today on the Buffalo I Scored it from Skin Side towards inside,Fried it HOT,No Bones! So Blessed with so much more Fish to keep and enjoy.

We're planning to get our fishing license sometime this week. Can't wait to catch some bluegill again!
